I will keep all of your vendors informed and directed throughout your reception, helping the day you've imagined to flow smoothly. I will coordinate with your catering staff and make sure everything is ready before we head into dinner announcements. I will make sure your photographer will know exactly when & where picture perfect moments will occur, allowing them to document all memories of your joyful celebration. I will also inform you the guest of honor before any event is going to take place to make sure you are ready. Your family and friends will be informed on everything as it happens so they will not miss a thing.
